This fall dessert table can be enjoyed in the afternoon or after a thanksgiving dinner. Simple and easy to put together, the treats can be made the day before and easy to plate on the day. As October is pumpkin season, the theme for this table displays a cozy fall feeling.
Sweet treats
Pumpkin spice cupcakes with swiss meringue buttercream and topped with a decorated sugar cookie.
Instead of having a round pumpkin pie, I opted to bake the pumpkin pie in a square baking pan and serve it into bars instead. This created smaller pieces and more servings.
Cakesicles filled with vanilla cake and decorated with white chocolate and sprinkles.

Decor
When adding pumpkins to decor, I always opt for fresh pumpkins. Its always fun picking the perfect pumpkin and they come in a variety of colours and shapes. Bonus, you can eat them afterwards and don’t need to worry about storing faux ones during the year.
Gathered fall leaves from outside filled the table perfectly.
I added the gold tray and white lantern, both from Ikea.
Wooden block and acorns are from the dollar store.
